Mechanistic Pathways
  • Anti-Inflammatory Action
Key bioactives such as boswellic acids, curcuminoids, gingerols, and eugenol inhibit cyclooxygenase (COX-2) and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin and leukotriene-mediated inflammation responsible for arthralgia and soreness.
  • Analgesic & Neuromodulatory Pathways
Menthol, camphor, and clove oil activate transient receptor potential (TRP) channels, modulating pain signals and providing a counter-irritant cooling-warming balance that relaxes muscles and desensitizes nociceptors — ideal for neuropathic and exercise-induced pain relief.
  • Antioxidant & Microcirculatory Support
Botanical antioxidants (from clove, turmeric, and cinnamon) reduce oxidative muscle stress, while essential oils like eucalyptus and peppermint improve microcirculation and oxygen delivery to accelerate tissue recovery.
  • Joint & Muscle Mobility Restoration
Frankincense, turmeric, and ginger reduce synovial inflammation and support collagen integrity, promoting long-term mobility and flexibility.

AYURUB™ provides targeted relief through multi-pathway modulation — anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antioxidant mechanisms working in synergy.
